This class series introduces the main musculoskeletal anatomy used for belly dancing, including breathing, Home Position, torso movement, and hip work. Presented by Abigail Keyes in five classes.
Using illustrations and practical exercises, you will gain a deeper understanding of your body. You'll find better alignment and move with greater efficiency and awareness. This gentle class is best done with a partner but can be done alone. A companion PDF is available. Equipment: Yoga mat, exercise band, yoga block (or similar).
