Course overview
Core 1 Drill Breaks are Audio Training Tools designed to support internal focus, clarity of intent, and sustained engagement within Suhaila’s somatic belly dance method. Learners drill layered movements with varied foot patterns, using repetition to build familiarity and continuity. Once the material is learned, each Drill Break can be reused by changing the downbeats of the singles or the foot patterns, and by adding finger cymbals to extend the practice.
Learners are expected to have some experience with Suhaila’s Fundamentals 1 (Core 1) somatic belly dance method. Download, add your own warmup and cooldown, and you’ll be ready to practice whenever and wherever you want.
