The Drill Break program incorporates working on movements in place or traveling, but adapt for your own needs. Keep your practice fresh and challenging by switching the downbeats, varying the foot patterns, and incorporating finger cymbals. Add your own warmup and cooldown, and practice whenever and wherever you want.
